The Finance Department is in third floor of EDL Headquarters, Lao-Thai Friendship Road, P.O. Box 309, Thongkang Village, Sisattanak District, Vientiane Capital. Lao PDR.
Role and Responsibility
The Finance Department is among the Departments under the Électricité du Laos. It has the main role of all financial aspects of EDL, these include: revenues-expenses management from the electricity operations that are directly liaise with the Board of Managing Directors when it comes to the electricity production and distribution development plans domestically and internationally; financial management; financial analysis of EDL throughout the years; manage and audit various power purchase agreements.
